NASgauges™ for Beckett, Wayne, and Aero Oil Burners (Patented) |
|
|
| |
The patented NASgauge™ (Nozzle Assembly Setting Gauge) is a handy tool which enables the technician to set the important "Z" dimension, the distance from the face of the nozzle to the flat face of the combustion head, without removal of the oil burner from the heating appliance. The Beckett and Wayne gauges also allow the technician to conveniently adjust the electrodes to manufacturers' specifications.
A modified version of the Beckett NASgauge™ is known in the heating industry as the Beckett Z Gauge.

Step 1. |

Loosen the adjustment screw. |
Step 3. |
Insert the nozzle assembly into the burner as far as it will go. |
